I would like to thank Congressman Mike Fitzpatrick for taking time from his busy schedule to address the NBTRC membership at our recent Business Meeting on April 14.  His thoughts were very enlightening and informative.  As previously approved, a check was presented to Mike and we are 100% behind his re-election effort in the Falll.  I would also like to thank Representative Kathy Watson for dropping by.  Especially in light of the fact that she donated a check to Brandon Posner, President of the Bucks County Teenage Republicans, to help offset the expense of their upcoming trip to the Washington DC Leadership Conference.

Brandon and his club also helped with our Adopt a Highway clean up project following our meeting along with Stephanie Shortall, Donna Harle, Myra Savich (with her arm in a sling) and Jim Duffy and his lovely daughter.  Sixteen 40 gallon bags of litter were collected from our assigned roadway.  Great JOB Guys!!! And thank you for your time in this very worthwhile NBTRC  civic initiative.

Please remember to contact your Poll Coordinators soon so they can add your names to the growing list of Primary Election Day volunteesrs on April 24.  Some of you can donate 1 hour others more during the 7 AM to 8 PM day. We are gearing up for the battle leading up to the November Election.  And what a battle it will be.  We certainly have our work cut out for us and I know every NBTRC member and Friend of the Club will do their part for our list of endorsed candidates.

Finally, do not forget our own Margo Hunt whose name will be on the ballot on April 24 for Alt. Delagate to the Republican Convention this Summer in Tampa, FL.  Good Luck Margo!!

Best regards to all

Bob Harle
